I ended up keeping them and just deal with the allergies. i had allergies way before them. they just dont help any. however i could not get rid of my babies

i really just do not have as much room where i moved to or as much time. not to mention ive tried everything and switched types of hay but my allergies are so bad. i really love them and hate for anything of them to go and really only can let them go if they are going to be well cared for and will not be used for food. i will try to get some pics tomorrow after work

looking for a female guinea pig

I would love to adopt 1 female guinea pig my little timon is lonely and he is looking for a mate. I took him to petco and he ignored the males but I showed him the females and he was speaking and trying to get in there with them he is such a nice boy and he is almost 5 months I would love to have a female around 3 to be 5 month's. I also have a cat around the same age as timon her name is Nola but she gets along so well with timon and I know she will get along with other guinea pigs because I babysat timons brother zues and father Toby and she absolutely got along with them. If anyone has a female guinea pig around this age please get back to me for. Also live in Spokane so it would be great if she were in this area

Brittany...

Hi Brittany, I just wanted to inform you that harnesses are very dangerous for guinea pigs. Just wanted to tell you for the safety of Charlie. :)

interested

I'm so sorry you have to give up your babies. I would be devastated! I have a 1 year old short haired male. His name is Charlie and he's quite the star at our home. I would love adopt your girls! Of course charlie would be separated from them, he'd be to feisty with them. He gets all of his needs met and more. We also take him to aloha pets vet in satellite beach if we ever have an issue. For my family, I have 2 little girls ages 3 and 1 and they love feeding Charlie his vegetables lol. We live in a 3 bedroom condo in rockledge with a small yard rright outside our front door, Charlie has a harness so he is able to run without being in danger. It sounds silly but that's his outdoor exercise lol we really love our Charlie bear and I would be honored to house two cavy girls.

Sincerely,
Brittany Baumann

2 female guinea pigs

both are sweet as can be. sometimes they might nip at each other over food and such. i would only be willing to give them new homes if i knew they were going to be loved and cared for well. i think taking on 5 has gotten to be a bit much and killing my sinuses really bad. i also moved and do not have as much room now. i figured this site might be safer in that they would not be fed to be eating by other animals. please when responding tell me what kind of home you could offer my sweet girls and if you have any experience in taking care of guinea pigs or if you have not if you plan on it before getting any.
