I have searched everywhere for a vet that actually knows anything about Guinea Pigs without bringing a book into the room with them. I finally found one!
I called Dayton South Veterinary Clinic in tears just hours away from putting my Guinea Pig to sleep. The staff had me an appointment with the hour to see Roger.. My old vet can't do that, even when my guinea pig had an URI.
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Brauer for saving Roger's life. Most people say, He's just a guinea pig. But to us, he's a memeber of the family. And that's how he was treated. We have found a new vet for all our pets. A MILLION THANKS!!
