C&C Cages Return Policy

Returns are accepted for any reason within 10 days of receipt. You must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code prior to sending back the cage. The materials must be in the original, UNUSED, UNASSEMBLED condition. Please contact Sue at sue@guineapigzone.com for an RMA. You will be credited the purchase price of the cage -- less any shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges if it was determined that there was a problem on our end. Thank you.



C&C Cages Return Instructions

Returns of UNUSED cages are accepted for any reason within 10 days of receipt. However, a couple important points to remember before shipping back the cage.

1. The most important step is to put your information INSIDE the box on a sheet of paper easily visible when opening the box. You can fill out the form below or make your own, but be absolutely sure to provide all the information below. If you don't include this information it could delay your refund, or worse, you may not be credited at all if we don't know who you are.


2. Packing the box for return: you must be sure to secure all the grids tightly with the cable ties provided. Try and place the grids just as they were when you received them and tie them all together so that they aren't able to individually come apart. The carriers can be pretty rough on them and if they are not properly fastened together, it will ruin the coroplast and you may not be credited fully if the coroplast has been damaged for lack of fastening the grids properly.


3. Packing the coroplast for return: The coroplast arrived to you with the "fold" side either down or sideways. DO NOT return it with the open side down! This will most definitely result in damage to the coroplast. Do not bend the coroplast if it is resistant. Try and fold it exactly how it came. If you are at all unsure of how to fold it, please contact us at sue@guineapigzone.com

4. Once received and determined to be in saleable condition, we will notify you of receipt via email. You will be credited the purchase price of the cage -- less any shipping charges.

5. Email sue@guineapigzone.com to obtain your RMA number so we can properly credit you.
